For Alvin Lu, it’s not enough to simply think, talk or dream. Instead, you need to take action. He brings this mentality to his residential mortgage loan clients each and every day.
A veteran of the mortgage loan industry, Alvin knows the ins and outs of the loan process. Over more than a decade in the industry, he’s held various roles involving mortgage loan originating, loan processing and underwriting. He’s served as a team processing lead, mortgage credit analyst, loan officer assistant, loan originator, and currently a residential mortgage loan officer.
Alvin prides himself on being responsive and available to his clients. He finds great joy in helping individuals and families move into a home they love.

Born and raised in Richardson, TX and currently residing in Grand Prairie, TX, he calls the DFW metroplex home and wouldn't have it any other way. When he’s not working, Alvin enjoys spending time with his wife Niki and two daughters Alli & Abby. Together they love to travel and enjoy the outdoors... whenever the Texas heat allows.
